How long does it take to make my Handmade order?
All orders are made at time of order, in order to ensure the best possible quality, Standard production takes 7 - 10 business days (weekends and holidays not included) to prepare and process. If you need your order sooner, please select 2 day production at checkout for an additional cost.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. *Costumes ordered before October may take 1-3 weeks.
Can I return or cancel handmade items (toys, plush, costumes)?
Sadly no! Since these items are made to order and 100% hand crafted once your order is in production it can NOT be canceled for a refund. You can request a change in you order or store credit. If you contact us 24hrs after placing an order we CAN cancel if not yet in production.
What if I provided the wrong address?
Please reach out immediately so we can update the address. If your order has shipped we are not responsible for any delays or lost of shipments due to incorrect address. We will ship to the address provided at checkout.
Why did I get my order after the estimated delivery date?
The date provided at checkout can be 1 of 2 things. 1. The dates refer to the days needed for the shipping service selected. 2-4 days = Duration of shipping not production time or delivery date. 2. The automated estimated delivery date is not accounting for pre-orders or special handmade goods with extended production times.
Do you accept custom orders?
Sadly no. We do not offer this service at the moment.
What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?
Customers have one week to report a damaged or wrong item. Please email us at Hello@thirsforcolor.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear. All original tags must be intact.

Yes! Our checkout shipping options include shipping to all countries! Add item to cart to see your shipping costs. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
