FAQ'S

How long does it take to make my order? 

All orders are made at time of order, in order to ensure the best possible quality, Standard production takes 7 - 10 business days (weekends and holidays do not count) to prepare and process. If you need your order sooner, please select 2 day production at checkout for an additional cost. 

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How long is shipping?

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes! Our checkout shipping options include shipping to all countries! Add item to cart to see your shipping costs. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

Do you accept custom orders? 
Sadly no! We do not offer this service at the moment.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?
Customers have one week to report a damaged or wrong item. Please email us at thirst4color@gmail.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear. All original tags must be intact.

When will you carry my size?
